Intellectual property
All RAQIM brand assets, product design, and original content are the property of RAQIM. Quranic text, hadith, and classical scholarly works are in the public domain; RAQIM's curation, presentation, and annotations are proprietary.
Limitation of liability
RAQIM is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAQIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We are especially clear: RAQIM does not bear religious or legal responsibility for actions taken based on content surfaced by the application.
